Newly engaged and unsure where to begin? Or have you started the planning process and realized you need support? We can help you get things organized and on track regardless of where you are with planning. This fully virtual package spans four weeks and is for couples that don't need a planner or coordinator present on the day but need a little extra guidance before you say, "I Do!" This package includes:

 
  • A one-hour phone call or virtual Consultation to discuss budget, wedding expectations, next steps, and strategy.

  • A Wedding Workbook PDF printable to get you organized.

  • A Day-Of Prep Questionnaire to help outline your vision and key logistics.

  • A customized monthly "To Do" list to guide you through the planning process.

  • Venue and vendor contract review, ensuring you make the right choices and don't overlook any fine print.

  • Timeline creation to map out your wedding day festivities down to the minute to ensure a smooth wedding day. 

  • Unlimited email support throughout the four-week process.

  • A one-hour final regroup phone or virtual consultation to address any remaining questions or concerns.

If anything should come up after the end of our time together, we offer Consultation hours for couples that have gone through the WPE program. Additional hours can be added at any time.

Partial Wedding Planning (beginning at $2400)

The Champagne Package Month-Of Coordination

This package is for you if you know exactly what you want and have completed much of the planning process, but need extra help tying up loose ends and keeping it all on track as the big day approaches.

 
  • Kick-off meeting / call to get to know each other, discuss where you are in the planning process and how you envision your big day.

  • Three in person consultations which include a site-walk through and a final in depth “hand off” meeting to go over any outstanding questions, wedding day expectations, set up details, etc.

  • Unlimited email support along the way for anything you may need.

  • Create a “day-of” timeline and provide all vendors/needed personnel with the breakdown and details.

  • Provide conceptualization assistance and suggest design elements to complement your vision.

  • Budget analysis to provide any saving suggestions or improved ways to allot your spending.

  • Vendor recommendations for select outstanding needs.

  • Vendor contract review and timeline creation.

  • Vendor coordination and confirmations.

  • Coordination of the wedding rehearsal.

  • Help with wedding detail set up. *Items such as programs, favors, guestbook, etc.

  • Onsite vendor management to keep everything on schedule and ensure the day runs smoothly.

  • Oversee day of activity timeline, ceremony procession and reception grand entrance.

  • Ensure all needed family members and friends are accounted for and present for pictures, ceremony, reception, etc.

  • Day of access to our all-encompassing “bridal emergency kit.”

  • Distribute final checks and gratuities to vendors on your behalf.

  • Collection of any personal items and gifts and ensuring they are

    handed off to designated individual(s).

The Champagne & Caviar Package Full Service Wedding Planning

From start to finish we’ll be there! This all-encompassing package is for you if you just want to sit back and enjoy your day. You provide the vision, and we’ll make it happen.

 
  • Unlimited email and phone support.

  • In-person consultations as needed to ensure full planning comprehension.

  • Create customized budget and track actualized expenses.

  • Comprehensive vendor management (including research and hiring phases).

  • Management and organization of vendor contracts and contacts.

  • Customizing an evolving wedding day timeline to include important milestones and due dates.

  • Management of your “to do” checklist and provide any needed reminders.

  • Schedule and attend any and all vendor meetings as needed/desired (ie dress fittings, alterations, food tasting, etc).

  • Guest list creation and assistance with the reception seating chart.

  • Serve as vendor liaison leading up to and throughout the wedding day.

  • Complete coordination of wedding rehearsal and wedding day.

  • Transportation of personal items to both ceremony and reception venue(s). *Items such as programs, favors, guest book, etc.

This package is for you if you’ve done all the heavy lifting and want to hand everything over to someone you can trust. The preparations are complete and now you should be able to relax and enjoy your own wedding. We’ll make sure your day runs smoothly and according to plan.

 
  • Kick-off meeting / call to get to know each other, discuss where you are in the planning process and how you envision your big day.

  • Final in depth “hand off” meeting four-five weeks prior to the wedding. We will walk thru your venue together, go over outstanding questions, wedding day expectations, set up details, etc.

  • Unlimited email support along the way for anything you may need.

  • Vendor contract review and timeline creation.

  • Vendor coordination and confirmations to ensure receipt of the timeline (proper delivery times, setup of both ceremony and reception, breakdown times, etc.).
